Personal Use vs. Commercial Use

PERSONAL USE includes:
- Private Usage (profile pictures, wallpapers, gifts)
- Promotion on social media with credit returned to the artist (me!)It does NOT include:
- Commercial or for-profit usage on merchandising
- Resale or modification, claiming ownership of art, or redistribution without creditPersonal use comes at no additional cost!---COMMERCIAL USE Includes:
- Use on products or merchandising for-profit, or other forms of commercial distribution. Including covers, merchandise, paid promotion etc.It does NOT include:
- Claiming ownership of art or redistribution without credit returned to the artist.Commercial use comes at double the cost of base price!

Terms of Service:

01. Payment for commissions will be made primarily through VGen and the built-in commission service, Ko-Fi or PayaPal. Failure to provide payment cancels the purchase.02. Holds, split payments & payment plans for commissions are negotiable if the total cost is over £150, otherwise payment will be 100% up-front. Any other methods of payment or payment plans are agreed on separately and in case-by-case bases.03. You will be notified when your commission has been accepted. During the sketch phase of workflow, images of the work in progress will be sent and a maximum of 3 large-scale revisions can be made within the cost of your commission. If you exceed the limit of changes, an extra charge will be applied.04. Full-size image(s) are delivered to the customer via VGen or email in PNG or PDF format. Other formats available upon request. Discord available for commission communication only!05. Estimated completion times are currently within one month of payment, varying dependent on health, commission complexity, and current working queue. Changes and extension requirements will be communicated clearly. Rush fees may apply if a strict deadline is requested of less than 1 month following commission date.06. Refund policies vary depending on the stage of completion. If prior to work not yet started, the commissioner will receive a full refund. If the work has been started, but not yet completed, the refund will be partial in accordance to the amount completed. Refunds will not be given to work over 75% completed. to discuss more.07. If payment is conducted via PayPal, do not request a chargeback. I will personally refund you myself. If at any point you request a chargeback when a refund has not been discussed, you will lose all rights to the commissioned piece.08. I reserve the right to reject any commission I deem inappropriate, incompatible, or any request that makes me uncomfortable.Use of my art for AI training, hate speech, or NFT reselling is not permitted in any way, shape or form.
